The opposite of what you'd expect

"The High Carb Diet Book has some very unusual recipes. And I say this because I never thought that a high carb diet could help with weightloss. It's quite the opposite of what I've been believing for almost my entire life. So unlike the Keto diet which would be a low carb and high fat diet, this diet book offers the opposite of that. So most of the recipes in this book contain high starch, whole foods, whole grains and a lot of fruit and vegetables that are included in the recipes. I think the recipe that I liked the most is the Snickers Oatmeal Breakfast."
